I love the idea of nourishing oneself with traditional nutrient dense foods and finding balance in life. These are gifts from God!
I eat real food. In general I do my best to avoid refined sugars, processed soy, processed dairy, and vegetable oils as much as possible, although I am human and don’t live to eat perfectly. One fact remains — I support knowing where my food comes from, so I purchase organic and local as often as I can. I also seek to eat for nourishment and healing more than anything.
As a Real Food RD I believe in eating and teaching others about whole food that is minimally processed and has had a long history of human consumption. I promote local, organic, traceable, and sustainable food.
