I was thrilled to get a copy of Arsy’s new cookbook this past month. It is The Paleo Foodie Cookbook to be exact, and it is beautiful! Photos are mouth watering. See, this book grabbed my attention from the start. It has three of my favorite words: 1) “Paleo” (a real food way of eating), 2) Foodie (because I am one), and 3) Cookbook (for even more yummy recipes to try).

In the beginning pages of the cookbook Arsy highlights some of the Paleo basics and I specifically appreciated when she said this in regards to the Paleo approach looking different for lots of people…

” There is no right or wrong answer that applies to everyone. You’re navigating this Paleo journey and optimal health is the final destination!”

In addition to the awesome recipes the book covers cooking tips and tricks, food quality, money-saving tips, and more.

Recipes I love and really want to try include:

  • Braised Savoy Cabbage (SO GOOD!)
  • Sun-dried Tomato and Mushroom Lamb Burgers
  • Slow Cooker Chocolate Chicken Mole
  • Sweet Potato Salmon Cakes

Guys, go get this cookbook. It’s one that every real food lover needs in his or her kitchen.

Disclosure: I received this product in exchange for a review. Opinions are my own.
